No. Free waiting runs for 90 minutes from the flight's actual landing time. When booking, please provide your flight number and expected arrival time. After collecting your luggage, contact the driver as you head to the meeting point, or after you arrive there.

We will send photos or guidance for the meeting point in advance, based on your arrival terminal. After baggage claim, please contact the driver via WhatsApp or similar. Long-term parking is not possible near the meeting point, so the driver may wait nearby in the airport area; after your message, the driver usually arrives at the meeting point in about 3–5 minutes.

Yes. The Toyota Alphard / Vellfire suits about 1–5 passengers, with up to about 5 standard suitcases; the Toyota HiAce carries up to 9 passengers, with up to about 10 standard suitcases. The actual load depends on passenger numbers, luggage size, and vehicle, and the figures above do not mean the maximum passengers and maximum luggage can always be carried at the same time. For large items such as prams, bicycle boxes, golf bags, and ski equipment, please provide sizes and quantities in advance.

Yes, with advance booking. Each child safety seat costs 1,000 yen (tax included). Please provide the child's age, weight, and the number of seats needed.

Yes. Quotes include highway tolls, parking fees, and consumption tax. Late-night and early-morning surcharges, meet-and-greet pickup, child safety seats, and overtime waiting charges are explained before booking. Payment by cash, bank transfer, and PayPay is accepted; credit card payment is generally not accepted.

We offer a 24-hour booking transfer service. Services from 22:00 to 05:00 the next day cost an extra 1,500 yen per vehicle. Same-day bookings depend on vehicle availability and immediate dispatch cannot be guaranteed, so please contact us in advance.

Yes. Meet-and-greet pickup costs an extra 1,000 yen. The driver will wait in the arrivals hall holding a board with your name and take you to the vehicle. Standard pickup includes meeting-point guidance sent in advance.

7 or more days before the date of use: free cancellation. 3–6 days before: 30% of the booking amount. 1–2 days before: 50% of the booking amount. On the day of use: 100% of the booking amount.
