Pickup & Meeting Flow After Arriving at Narita Airport T2-A

① After your flight arrives, complete immigration and collect your luggage
② After customs, head to the arrivals hall
③ Follow the “Exit” signs toward the central entrance
④ Once you reach the meeting point near the central entrance, contact our company or your driver

※ Long-term parking is not possible near the meeting point, so the driver may wait in the airport vicinity. After you contact us, the driver will usually arrive at the meeting point in about 3–5 minutes.

Name-Board Pickup Service

If you request name-board pickup, the driver will wait at the designated spot in the arrivals hall holding a name board with your name. Even if it is your first time arriving at Narita Airport, meeting your driver is easier.
