Meet directly in the arrivals hall: waiting in the hall, greeting with a name board, and guiding you to the vehicle. +1,000 yen (tax included). This can be selected when booking.
Up to 6 passengers, about 4 suitcases of 24-inch size. Generally recommended for 1–5 passengers. Please state passenger and luggage numbers when booking.
Up to 9 passengers, about 10 pieces of luggage. Suitable for families and groups of 6–9 people, and for Narita Airport private transfers with a large amount of luggage. 6 passengers + 6 pieces, 7 + 7, 8 + 8, and 9 + about 10 standard-size pieces can all be carried (actual loading varies with luggage size and shape; please tell us in advance about oversized or unusually shaped luggage).
Narita Airport pickup: 90 minutes of free waiting from the flight's actual landing time. We check flight status and adjust the pickup to the actual arrival. After immigration and baggage claim, contact the driver as you head to the meeting point.
Airport drop-off / hotel pickup: 30 minutes of free waiting from the booked pickup time. After the free waiting time, each vehicle is charged an extra 5,000 yen per hour; any part of an hour counts as one hour.
Late night / early morning: Services from 22:00 to 05:00 the next day cost an extra 1,500 yen per vehicle.
Child safety seats: +1,000 yen each.
Quotes include: vehicle, driver, highway tolls, parking fees, and tax. Late-night / early-morning service fees and other additional services, where applicable, are charged separately.
Cancellation: as in the Haneda main page rules: 7 or more days before the date of use, free; 3–6 days before, 30%; 1–2 days before, 50%; on the day of use, 100%.
Payment: cash, bank transfer, and PayPay are accepted, and credit card payment is generally not accepted.
